We will not charge you a fee to use Our Web Game. You agree to pay all charges, including handling charges, incurred by users of your credit card or other payment mechanism at the prices in effect when such charges are incurred.

Our Web Game, including software, may offer the ability to purchase and/or earn via game play a limited licence to use Virtual Currency (currently called ‘Dirty Gold’) and/or Virtual Goods exclusively within Our Web Game and applicable software. Such licence is subject to and specifically conditioned on your acceptance of, and compliance with, these Terms and Conditions and any other applicable policies or agreements. All in-game Virtual Currency and/or Virtual Goods may be consumed or lost by Users in the course of game play according to Our Web Game’s rules applicable to currency and goods, which may vary.

Ork Manager – Game Rules
These Game Rules for Ork Manager: Coal & Top hats complement the Terms and Conditions that you have received and accepted along these Game Rules.

§R1. Bugs, Cheating
Normally, if the game allows you explicitly to do something, you are allowed to do it.

Occasionally the Staff may or may not try to help you.

There may be some public chats or similar venues were Users may discuss the Game.

Our Employees and Shareholders are allowed to play.

Users may interact with each other during the normal course of the Game.
Always remember this is a brutal game: you should always expect other Users to double-cross and betray you, and to crush you whenever they have the occasion to do so.
If a User breaches any of these Game Rules and/or any of the Terms and Conditions, we may take actions we deem appropriate, as also mentioned in Clause §12.3 of the Terms and Conditions.
Some information about your Game possessions, or strategy, or anything else game-related, is hidden from the other Users. Some other is not.
Accounts will never be terminated due to inactivity, unless they were never active in the first place.

At Goblinsama ltd. ("Goblinsama") we understand the importance of user privacy and data protection for those using its game Ork Manager: Coal and Top hats (the "Game").

The Game offers you the possibility of purchasing an in-game virtual currency to be used in the game.
All these type of transactions are managed by our third-party Humble Bundle, and the only personal information we obtain is your email address.
Other non personal data we receive are country where the transaction took place, the currency, the processor, and the platform.
You can find more about our third-party processors in Section 5.
Just as you, we loathe Spam! If you would like to subscribe to our newsletter, you will receive periodic newsletter email from us (about once or twice a month), with the latest updates about Ork Manager, our other games and offers.
If you sign up for our newsletter, we will have your First and Last name and your email address, and these details will be forwarded to MailChimp, which is our email marketing service provider.
The email address will be stored in the MailChimp database until we change provider or you cancel your subscription to the newsletter. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the newsletter. If you unsubscribe, Goblinsama may still send you non-promotional communication, such as emails about your account, providing the Game or our ongoing business relations.
If you are under 13, you must get your parental consent before joining our email newsletter.
We consider MailChimp as a third-party data processor (see Section 5).
